4. Expressions of Interest & Booking Terms

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a brochure, or submitting an expression of interest (EOI) through this website does not constitute a guaranteed allotment, sale agreement, or binding commercial contract. An official allotment of any luxury residence is formalized solely upon execution of a formal Booking Application and standard Builder-Buyer Agreement, accompanied by the requisite booking advance.

5. Pricing, Payment Milestones & Taxes

All prices quoted on the website or marketing collaterals are indicative base prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable government statutory charges including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, and Maintenance Deposits shall be payable additionally by the purchaser as per prevailing government norms at the time of execution.

Any disputes arising in connection with the project or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Himachal Pradesh, India.
